All of the products listed on the Reefers and Wreckers Store are supplied with a standard 12 month manufacturers warranty unless specified otherwise.

The majority of products carry a 3 month ‘new for old’ warranty whereby any item found to be defective, either on arrival or within the first three months of operation, will be replaced with a brand new item. If the product fails after the initial 3 month period, it will either be replaced on a ‘like for like’ basis or returned back to the manufacturer for an effective repair to be carried out.

As we hold direct trading accounts with manufacturers and distributors of scuba equipment, it is almost impossible for us to generalise our warranty terms as they differ from supplier to supplier. However, in order for us to operate an effective and agreeable warranty platform, we have implemented a  ‘Returns Request’ system. Simply click on the ‘Returns’ link under the ‘Customer Service’ heading from within any page of the site to access our request form (or click the link below). Once the form has been completed and submitted (your unique order ID will be required), we will get back to you as quickly as possible with further information on how your warranty claim will be dealt with. Options include sending the item directly to the manufacturer, shipping it back to our distribution centre or we may even be able to collect the item from you. In any case, we will endeavour to deal with your claim as efficiently as possible.

PRODUCT RETURNS/ REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Reefers and Wreckers operates a ‘no quibble’ 7 day refund policy. In the unlikely event of you deciding that you no longer require your purchase or if you have made the purchase in error, we will provide a full refund providing that the item is returned to us within 7 days from receipt and in the same condition in which it was shipped. The original, undamaged packaging must also be supplied. Any refunds will be issued within a further 7 days from us receiving the item back into stock and the refund shall be via the same method of payment by which the product was originally purchased. For example: If you made your purchase via a debit/ credit card, we will refund the total amount to the same debit/ credit card within 7 days from receiving the item(s) back into stock.

Reefers and Wreckers do not charge a re-stocking fee, however, we do reserve the right to refuse any goods which are not returned in a satisfactory condition. A return shipping label will be included with each order. To initiate a return, please click the link below and explain clearly why you wish to return the goods, i.e: damaged/ faulty goods or packaging, incorrect product, item not as described, customer changed his/ her mind. Please also include a contact email address and telephone number so that we may contact you in the event of any queries.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order being placed once the transaction has been processed, together with an additional confirmation email once the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order prior to it being shipped, please send an email to mick@reefersandwreckers.co.uk, explaining fully why you wish to cancel the order. We will then get back in touch with you via email to advise whether or not your cancellation request has been accepted. In certain circumstances, and if the item has already been picked from our warehouse and packaged ready for dispatch, we may impose a nominal handling fee.

All returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale.
